We are so sure that you will be thrilled with your URBANGYM TUG product - we guarantee it! Use this amazing product for up to 28 days in your home or any place else. If for any reason your are not delighted, simply send it back and we will refund the purchase price no questions asked!

If you are not happy with your product send it back for an exchange or a refund. It's that easy.

We recommend that you send the product back via Fedex or UPS so that you can track the package and confirm that it was delivered. There is £5 restocking fee for all returned goods.

To make an Exchange:

Call or email our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA No).

We will issue store credit for all exchanges which may be applied towards a future purchase(s).

For a refund:

Call or email our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA No).

We do not refund shipping for returns. Customer Service department (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM)

Please note the RA No. on your shipment. If possible, secure the product you are returning inside the original shipping container along with all product packaging and a copy of the original packing slip.

URBANGYM Limited is not liable for lost items returned without an RA No.

Delivery

Delivery is expected within three working days. Please be aware, when ordering over public or bank holidays, this can extend your delivery time by up to 1/2 days. Out of stock items will be despatched immediately they become available. Customers will be advised of any undue delay. 24 hour delivery is available - please enquire.

Delivery Rates
