Using the anchor place it at about knee height on a door and safely secure the anchor by closing the door.
Select the desired resistance level by choosing the appropriate coloured TUG(s), put these through the loop of the anchor and attach 1 handle.
Sit on the floor with the door to your side and the TUG(s) pulled slightly so that there is no slack.
Position your arms by your side and both hands on the handle. Begin to twist away from the door from your waist, stop the movement when you can twist no more. Pause briefly and Repeat
This exercise can also be performed while sitting on a stability ball or a chair.
