Using the anchor place it over the top of a door and safely secure the anchor by closing the door.
Select the desired resistance level by choosing the appropriate coloured TUG(s), put these through the loop of the anchor and attach 2 handles.
Sit down facing the door with enough distance so that the TUG(s) are pulled slightly so that there is no slack.
Grip the handle with both hands, with your arms stretched out in front of you and above your head. Pull your hands down until they are at your neck level. Pause briefly and then slowly return to the start position and repeat.
This exercise can also be performed while seated on a stability ball or on a chair.
