Lunge

Select the desired resistance level by choosing the appropriate coloured TUG(s) and attach 2 handles.
 
Standing on the TUG(s) with one foot, adjusted evenly and pulled slightly so that there is no slack.
 

Exercise:

Grip the handles with both hands, your hands should be behind your shoulders. Step back with your free foot until your other leg is at a 90 degree angle. Straighten the leg at the 90 degree angle while keeping your hands by your shoulders. Pause briefly and then slowly return to the start position and repeat.
